Votebox Online is a fully web-based voting solution, secure and aligned with EDPB guidelines, tailored for organizations planning multi-day or time-bound voting processes
Set up the ballot in the Votebox Online interface by defining the voting period, the list of voters, the members of the polling station, and the creation of the dedicated electronic ballot box.
Before voting begins, the digital ballot box is sealed. The security keys are distributed among the designated members.
Each participant logs in to the platform using the login details they have received.
Participants access the online vote, cast their vote, and deposit their ballot in the secure ballot box with a single click, in complete confidentiality.
Once the voting period ends, the sealed digital ballot box is opened by the designated officials. Votes are counted securely, and the results—along with the participation register—can be exported for integration into official documentation.

Voting data is hosted in France. We retain voting-related data (agenda, list of participants, list of members of the voting office) as well as voter-related data (first name, last name, email address, and phone number where provided) for the duration of the voting process.
All data is deleted by default three months after the polls close.
