The meeting starts with importing the voter list and setting up the ballots. You define whether votes are secret or open, along with the applicable majority thresholds. Our electronic voting platform ensures quick and intuitive configuration.

Participant check-in & digital sign-in

On arrival, attendees sign digitally on a tablet through our digital sign-in solution. The list of attendees is updated in real time to confirm quorum, ensuring smoother check-in and simplified administrative management.

Allocation of voting devices and proxy handling

Each participant is provided with a Votebox electronic voting device upon arrival. Designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, it allows for immediate use and rapid onboarding for all attendees.

Live voting during the meeting

Ballots are opened by the session manager via the Votebox platform. Participants vote within seconds using their device, while results are gathered instantly, securely, and through a fully automated process.

Results Display
