Votebox consists of a voting software, voting devices for in-person voters and a WebApp for online-voters. At hybrid sessions, voting devices and WebApp can easily be combined. 

Votebox meets all the requirements for a digital general meeting! Whether it is about vote on the past financial year, the discharge or new election of board members, with votebox you can easily and securely map all relevant votes (yes/no/abstention) and person elections.

 Your shareholders receive voting rights based on the number of shares they hold, as well as any proxies they received. An attendance check is possible at the beginning of the meeting and also temporary exclusion of certain voting rights for individual votes, e.g. for discharging members of boards.
